Men’s Ministry

Men’s Bible Study

This Bible Study meets every other Saturday morning at Bob's Fancy Diner. Our practice is to study books that support our theology such as Knowing Christ by Mark Jones and Finally Alive by John Piper.

While there is a good deal of time in fellowship, our conversation is centered on how the Word of God may be applied to our lives. Our conversation is challenging, edifying, and encouraging. We are a group of men dedicated to the Lord, each other, and some great food.

Redeemer aims to provide men with opportunities to hear the Bible taught toward the goal of life transformation

Our vision is to have men apply the Gospel daily to their hearts and then to have men equipped to live out the Gospel to their families first and then their work and neighborhood communities.

Therefore, we aim to encourage one other to follow Christ by...

  • Praying together

  • Studying together

  • Fellowshipping together

  • Serving one another together

Some of the specific ways we do this, which serve as opportunities for men to get involved include:

Men's Breakfast

On the first Saturday of the month, the men of Redeemer come together to eat breakfast, be challenged on a practical issue of Christian living, and pray for one another. Join us for these times of fellowship, prayer, and spiritual growth.

Men's Retreat

The men enjoy a Friday-Saturday retreat each winter at Camp Agape. This time together not only strengthens friendships, but it also provides an opportunity to think about a vital topic in a man's life.

Men who aspire to pastoral ministry, church-planting, and foreign missions are offered special long-term mentoring.
